My only suggestion would be to soften the edges of your landscape where it meets the sky.

...mmmh, maybe it's the greenish tone of the sky that doesn't fits for me... I'd make those rays come out from behind a cloud, with no visible sun...

the water and the terrain is really nice, I like them. do you use terragen only for the water?
the rays...well, not sure, I don't like the dark area above, the sky looks too smooth at all I'd say. and the sun stands really out. don't like that.
